Rogers was a skilled dancer and had to follow Astaire’s lead in high heels, but there were things he did (in solo dances) that she did not do, and within the “everything” Astaire did was choreographing the dances (credit for making the skirts billow photogenically has to be shared between performer, choreographer, and costume designer).
Katecab99, what shows did you get to see Fosse dance in? I know he did a production of PAL JOEY......but, we know him primarily as a director/choreographer/conceiver/writer. Did you get to see him dance in some other shows???? You are a lucky lady if so......What did you see him in? :)

The truly beautiful should be lawfully restricted from wearing clothing; and the truly butt-ugly should be lawfully mandated from going naked.
