I will still be there, as long as it's not blizzarding or anything weird tomorrow.

And, chiming in on the 20 someodd year age difference between people dating..... been there done that. I'll leave you all (who dont already know) to your own devices on how old I actually am, but I was at one time in that same situation. And honestly, I don't regret it at all. You can't help who you're in love with....

Hey, I'll admit I'm still in love with him... Hell, I'd go as far as to say that if he ever wanted to give it another go (provided I was still single), I'd be up for it.

Now, I won't say that a relationship like that isn't difficult though, because then I'd be lying. It's really difficult for everyone involved -- the two people dating and their families.

Agreed. I fortunately have a mother with as much of an askewed view (four divorces will do that to you) on marriage and relationships as I do, so she supports me in whatever relationship choice I make. And he didn't really have much of a family, so we were lucky. But I'll take a few dates with an older man over a long term relationship with someone my age any day.
