I have seen the movie "9 to 5" before, it is my of my mom's favorites. It was kind of funny. Has Dolly, or anyone else, said if they are keeping the story set in the 80's? I know I probably should look for an article or listen to Dolly's interview, but I don't really have time now.

I hope so. I can't imagine it would work as well if it were set in modern day.
