The noise situation was handled privately. It’s an allegedly assumption that LuPone was the one who maneuvered this due to saying to a stagedoor fan that the show is too loud and then her flowers she sent to the staff at HELL’S KITCHEN with a simple “thank you.” Kecia Lewis is the one who made all of this public AND making this issue into what it’s become by reading and interpreting LuPone’s flowers (which were sent to the staff and NOT Kecia) with her personal interpretations. Had Kecia never posted her Instagram video, no one would ever have known about the sound issue and it being handled nor of LuPone’s flowers. If anything, Kecia is responsible for voicing her assumptions publicly. The sound issue was taken care of privately and never made public until Kecia got sloppy.
