Whether you like this song or not I do have to disagree with this statement. After 1975 came - A Star is Born - Woman in the Moon- I would say had more fire than about anything she has ever sung and she won an Oscar for writing Evergreen which was quite successful. Guilty- 1980, her biggest album ever. The Broadway Album- 1985. Perfection that was an artistic and commercial success. Yentl- superb vocals. I saw her live in 1994 and she was incredible. What more could anyone want.

OMG. This is beyond dreadful. Someone has to stop her before she ruins more great music [aka Gypsy]. Someone recently posted on this site a few of her live performances when she was still a kid [Sleepin' Bee was one]. She sang the bejeesus out of that and so many other great numbers from the American Songbook. No one could touch her. Truly great artists/musicians/athletes know how to get out on top. She missed her chance but she should stop now before it gets even worse.
