Barefoot in the Park at the Cort Theatre

Posted: 10/21/05 at 9:52pm

Thanks to savvy posters at www.patrickwilson.org, I just found out that the revival of "Barefoot in the Park" will be at the Cort Theatre. Rehearsals begin after Christmas with previews set to begin January 24, 2006 and then the opening on
February 16th.

Here's the article:

And the seating chart for the Cort Theater:

Now...to find the Stage Door!

Where are we going, and why am I in this handbasket?

Emcee says it is the righthand door (as you face the theatre).

Emcee...I thank you...and I'm sure Mister Wilson will be grateful you told me... :o)

Ooops, sorry. Wrong thread. I was planning to organize a theater party for IN MY LIFE, not BAREFOOT.

Colleen...

A movie preview?

And yes...to see Patrick in Barefoot will be fabulous.

The only tiny sadness: It's not a musical. Perhaps he'll sing a note or two of something for the fans at the Stage Door? ("Man" from The Full Monty???)

I CAN NOT wait to see this! And I'm not even a Patrick Wilson fan! *Ducks from flying objects*

It will be interesting to see what Isaac Mizrahi is planning to do for the costumes. I love period costumes, and I love his work.

Well, the costumes certainly can't be worse than his misogynistic designs for The Women.

Begin at the beginning and go on till you come to the end: then stop.

OHHHHHHHHH. One of my favorite plays.
I played Cory in acting camp. Ever since that performance my family all call me Cory. I HATE IT!
Amanda Peet? LOL.
I can't imagine Patrick Wilson as Paul. (A stuffed shirt)
