I have a strange feeling several people dished out the $700 bucks for premium seating. He's extended for two more weeks, through Feb. 23

That can't be good for us theatre fans if a show that is charging such exorbitant ticket prices, goes on to sell their premium tickets.
Sets a president for future productions.

Posted: 1/13/13 at 9:13amI don't think you can compare a concert by an individual artist to a b'way production. Barbra Streisand has been charging astronomical prices for her concerts for YEARS and everyone hasn't followed suit.

Posted: 1/13/13 at 9:55amThat is the way of the world, some people will pay any price. Personally I think they are crazy to pay that much money even if they are incredibly wealthy. I don't see a Broadway show doing it because I can't imagine any show being that "Hot".
