Posted: 5/20/09 at 8:40pmI hate to veer off the point of the thread a little bit, but I CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH Tony Bennett's wonderful take on this song from his 2004 album "The Art of Romance." It just sizzles with passion and sincerity. Really nails the song.

This is a terrible accompaniment track for performance-- it'd be great if you could remove the main melody line, which is just uneccessary-- but it's very good for practice. http://www.hamienet.com/midi7059_Being-Alive.html
This is a shortened version of the song, but I like the track:

I've used MusicNotes for downloaded songs. Supposedly, you can only print once and you have to do it right away. But, it has a player that plays the notes - you can vary the tempo and do other things with the player. The site says they have 3 versions. I haven't purchased any of them, so can't say if they are good or not.
