Try a good will store to find pants, shirt, and a vest. You can buy a kerchief at a craft or fabric store. Dirty boots and a cabbie (the hat) would complete the outfit. And you can find makeup to dirty your face with at hot topic.

Brody - Unless of course he runs around singing, haha.
And as far as a sweep brush goes, I have no idea where you could find one. You could probably make your own though. Just take a bunch of cleaning brushes (like would come with a dustpan) or broom bottoms and attatch them all to a pole.
