Gesethame from Jesus Christ Superstar requires strong acting ability, a trait which most jesuses seem to lack, sadly.

I'd also have to say Tell Me On A Sunday, Glinda's candy, and I also agree with Sant on the final scene of Sunset Blvd. But I think that Caroline in Caroline, or Change is a very demanding role in terms of the depth of the character, but I'm only judging it by having listened to the CD and reading the libretto.
