I think you're right on with those, and Halloween is really good for Mark. Also I think Stars for Javert, and Javertsd suicide, and confrontation, Javert is deep...but the suicide one comes a little too late so that kinda sucks...I kinda lost my train of thought...if I think of more...

Practically every Sondheim song.

Fantasies Come True - Rod
Alas For You - Jesus (well, it seems so at least on the 2000 recording...to me at least)

And the other thing about the Phantom Lady was, Bert, she realized, in the city that never sleeps...
What did she realize, Kitten?
That all the songs she'd listened to, all the love songs, that they were only songs.
What's wrong with that?
Nothing, if you don't believe in them. But she did, you see. She believed in enchanted evenings, and she believed that a small cloud passed overhead and cried down on a flower bed, and she even believed there was breakfast to be had...
Where?
On Pluto. The mysterious, icy wastes of Pluto.

Guys, WICKED is not the answer to everything. I know people are gonna reply with "Well, everybody has their OWN opinions," but to say that Thank Goodness is a scene like that is well, just plain silly. My list is:
This Nearly Was Mine from South Pacific
What Have I Done from Les Miserables
Rose's Turn from GYPSY
Now/Later/Soon from A Little Night Music

"Rose's Turn" from GYPSY and "One Song Glory" from RENT
A most ingenious paradox.

Not everyone answered Wicked. I do think Thank Goodness is a good scene for an actress because you can explore your emotions and let the audience in on your thoughts.

I agree with StickToPriest.
Also,
"Javert's Suicide"
"Why Should I Wake Up?"
"C'est Moi"
"I Wonder What the King Is Doing Tonight?"
Most anything in MY FAIR LADY
"My Funny Valentine"

"Javert's Suicide" Philip Quast sends shivers up my spine.
"Empty chairs at empty tables" Les Miserables
"All the wasted time" from Parade (I know that's not the right title but I can't remember it right now)
"If I can't lover her" from Beauty & the Beast
arg! I'm having a brain drain. I'll get back to you when my brain returns.

"If I can't Love Her" is my momma's favorite. She thinks it is so powerful. I can't believe I forgot it. Your not having the brain cramp, suNLily, I am.

Thesbijean, your reasoning is rather circular, isn't it? Of course I am going to say everyone has there own opinion. You just stated yours. Both your opinion and "silly" are quite relative, unless you would like to prove otherwise.
My opinions:
Stars ~ Les Misérables
I'd Give my Life for You ~ Miss Saigon
