With Tony nominations coming about one week from tomorrow, I'm curious to ask who you guys think deserves a nomination for Best Direction of a Play and/or a Musical. But first, Let me list all of the eligible candidates.

So which of these directors do you think deserves a nomination for this year's Tony Awards? If there is someone on this list that you think doesn't deserve a nomination at all, please keep it to yourself!

I think Warren Carlyle or Michael Mayer might be considered the likeliest winners with regards to best director of a musical with Darko Tresjnak a very real possibility. (And think all three are locks to be nominated with the other two slots going to Casey Nicholaw and Susan Stroman.)

John Tiffany for The Glass Menagerie is probably the winner in the play category.

For plays, I think John Tiffany, Tim Carroll and Lyndsey Turner all have a great chance at a nomination and I think one of them will be the winner. Then there's Bill Rauch, Kenny Leon, Michael Grandage and Joe Mantello duking it out for that last slot.
