Which characters had the best entrances & exits?

Maybe the first and last times we see them, but also of any scene throughout the show. Any character, not nesseccarily the leads.

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

The Emcee from Cabaret and Philip Sallon from Taboo. I like the narrative characters.

Yea, this kind of already existed, but it's still kinda fun. My picks are:

Entrance: Steevie (Sally Field, when I saw it,) when she enters for the last scene covered in blood dragging Sylvia (the goat,) she just murdered.

Exit: Grizabella in CATS when her an Deuteronomy go up to the heaviside layer on the giant infamous tire.

In Seussical, The Cat In The Hat's entrance at the beginning of the show - "Oh the Thinks you can think."

The ensemble of the LION KING in "Circle of Life" through the aisles.

Elphaba in WICKED in the beginning of "No Good Deed."

The Witch in INTO THE WOODS at the end of "Last Midnight."

Exits:

Aida and Radames in AIDA at the very very end of the show, in the tomb.

In MILLIE, the head person of the workplace (blanking out on names) after she tells Billy off.

How can I break it to Smee that they find HIM lovable?

How about for exit:

When the Phantom exits at the end of POTO, how he just "disappears".

Well, now I know what happens at the end of "The Goat." Thanks.

ANYHOO...Sweeney Todd, in my opinion, gets the best entrance and the best exit, if you do it according to the script (which not everyone does). He rises from the grave at the height of the opening number, and on the very last note in the score, in the reprise of the opening, number, he slams the door on the audience. How f**king awesome is that? No wonder the "Sweeney Todd" logo is my icon, right?

I love how in Aida it starts off really quiet when Amneris singing her beginning... then BOOM. it becomes really loud.

I love Javert's exit. His song is amazing.
And of course, Aida... Aida and Radames
