Sutton Foster definitely, must agree.
I'm surprised no one has mentioned Diana Kaarina. When she was in Les Miz she belted out On My Own and I was so impressed. Oh and sorry if someone did mention her and I skipped over it.
Also must agree with Kerry Butler, love her too.
