I don't care what anybody else says (nor do I know what note it is) but Elizabeth Stanley's belt of "Cry Baby" at the end of "Nobody Gets Me (Reprise)" from Cry-Baby was always crystal clear and went on for AGES!
Also don't know the notes, but Beth Leavel's final "along" in "As We Stumble Along" and Sutton Foster's "...I love!" at the end of "Bride's Lament" from Drowsy were amazing.
LOVE this thread!! I have been youtubing them all (well trying to) and this is just making my whole evening!!
Alright I have a couple off the top of my head:
Jekyll and Hyde
~ A New Life - Linda Eder - because i dont know any actual notes i am just going to say the whole thing after "thats what I've been here for all along"
~ In His Eyes - Linda Eder and Christianne Noll - especially Linda's "Especially I'm not wise"
Ok really any belting note that Linda does from Jekyll and Hyde gets me every time!
Aida
~ Dance of the Robe - Heather Headley All of The Last four "Its Enough" are crazy especially the last one, where she gets even higher!
Company
~ Being Alive - Raul Esparza - His last "alive" after "being alive" soo good!
Last Five Years
~ See I'm Smiling - Sherie Rene Scott - Her "sky" after "En route to the sky!" after all that emotional "crying" she still manages to belt that one out of the park!
Anyone want to post visuals of their picks? That would be very helpful!! :)
*sorry for not knowing specifics!

I agree with a lot of these, but ESPECIALLY Elizabeth Stanley's belt of "Cry Baby!". That chick doesn't need a mic.
The hilty note at the end of thankgoodness in Wicked always makes my jaw drop.
Sutton Foster singing Gimme Gimme in Thoroughly Modern Millie ("That thiing caalledd..LOOOOOOVVEEEE!!!!!") always gives me chills.
Also when Gavin Creel sings in I Turned the Corner, "fortune or fate it's graand, the waay yoouu maake mee feeeeeeellll!!!" Phenomenal!

I love it in "Brides lament" in the Drowsy Chaperone when Sutton sings, "Come my little monkey, doooo." I just love how pure the note is.

I don't think people are being too picky about whether we pick shows that were on Broadway, so...
I noticed that someone earlier said that Patti LuPone's "Savior" in Rainbow High was his/her pick, but I really think Elena Roger nails that word/note. When someone pointed this out to me the first time, I was loath to agree because I am a huge fan of Patti, but Roger's note is breathtaking and has a certain something that Patti, Paige, Madonna, and Covington's versions do not.

The last note in "Chain of Love" (I'm Sure) sung unamplified by Barbara Cook in 1971's "The Grass Harp".
Obviously not the best on Broadway but please take a listen:

I have to echo the LuPone in EVITA sentiments. And Buckley in DROOD.
Also that last "BEING alive" that Esparza sings...brilliant.

My favorite note on Broadway is the one hand-written by The Phantom saying Don Juan is hella fat.
In all seriousness, my favorite note is by no-means a power belt or off the musical scale. But incredible in its own right.
Kiss of the Spiderwoman
"Only In The Movies"
His name was Molinaaaaaaaaaaaa"
Sung by Valentin as the rest of the jailers join-in
And hold for 22 seconds!

Ramona Keller in "Raven." Terrible show, okay song, ridiculously long held mixy note.

I love Patti's B flat in at the end of everything's coming up roses
Ooh definitely Eden's CRAZY Fiyeeeeerrrrrroooo^ooooo^ooooooo
haha just the way she builds it up is insane!
The final begin during Vajean's soliloquy in the prologue of Les Mis, that note always gives me goosebumps, especially Colm Wilkinson's version on the 10th Anniversary Concert recording. One word:Amazing.
Not the best note ever, but it's one I'm really enjoying at the moment. In "No Me Diga" from In the Heights when Andrea Burns sings her last "I don't know"... she holds it and it just sounds so strong and smooth. I love it.
Hahaha at EugLoven- took me a moment to get that.
"Far too many notes for my taste
And most sung by Patti LuPone!"
LOL to Eugene!
I totally agree that Raul sounds fantastic at the end of "Being Alive."
And yes, Barbara Cook on "Chain of Love!" I used to listen to that all the time. So moving.
Sutton on "Gimme Gimme," yes!
And Stokes on "staaaaaaaaaarrrr!"
I'm surprised nobody mentioned Eden Espinosa in Brooklyn! Swoop it, girl!
Or for the more tradition-minded, Julie Andrews at the end of "I Could Have Danced All Night." That G set the standard for sopranos for a generation, even one that Barbara Cook had trouble busting up with the triumvirate of "Glitter and Be Gay," "My White Knight," and "Ice Cream." And THAT'S a lot of beautiful high notes!

Paul W. Thompson: I disagree about any note in RENT being better than La Boheme.
Anyway...
"The Riddle Song" from Floyd Collins from the OBCR - I think it's a high C, the one Homer hits in "That's us" at the very end.
"Legally Blonde Remix" - I'm sorry, but Kate Shindle's Ab or whatever that note is just impresses me so much.
Btw, I think that the first note in "someone could be looking for a someone like you" from LitP is a G5.
I agree about Kate Shindle... as much as I like to keep my closet-listening of "Legally Blonde" a secret, she has a pretty ridiculously strong belt.
And why yes, I do have too much spare time on my hands! At least I'm not doing drugs or breeding cats without a license.
Harolyn Blackwell's last note of "Green Finch and Linnett Bird" from the Sondheim Celebration at Carnegie Hall is one of the most magical, gasp inducing notes I've ever heard. Hers is the only performance of that song that I really like.
"Astonishing" - Little Women (that last time Jo sings the word astonishing)
"Dance of the Robe" - Aida (the last note Aida hits)
"Notice Me, Horton" - Seussical (when Gertrude goes up to sing "this is your next door neighbor calling)

blondebaby589, I assume you mean the second time Gertrude sings that part. I can't believe I forgot about that!
Also when she sings "heart" thats a nice one.
One more during Seussical during Solla Solew, when the chorus sings the guys have a D that gets lowered while the other notes stay the same between the second and third "ew"
I actually do love Sutton's ending to "Astonishing." I think I got chills in the theater. She sure can end a song...e.g. "Gimme, Gimme."
