Maybe this is "off-topic"? What are the best Off and Off Off shows right now? You know, for those of us in the city who don't have the cash for Broadway?

I've always been quite fond of The Fantasticks...I grew up listening to the original cast recording and I've seen the current production somewhere around 9 times and it's always a great evening. They participate in 20at20 and they're always up at TKTS, and they used to have a student rush but I'm not sure if they do now.

I saw Love, Loss, & What I Wore last month, and will be going again on the 13th. I think it is such a fun and different show, and even I (a guy) finds it hilarious.

Definitely Angels in America, but The Whipping Man is one of my favorites of the season.

I was pretty crazy about After The Revolution @ Playwrights Horizon, but I'm not sure if it's still open.

There are two that I absolutely loved, and they happen to be next door to each other :). The Accidental Pervert and Play Dead.
