Posted: 6/5/09 at 3:10pmWell, if this is for real, it's the best news I've had all week. Thank God SOMEONE convinced the producers how dumb the decision was to relegate the award to pre-show -- one of the closest races this year.

I'm still waiting for the Press Release. A Kevin Spacey tweet isn't enough to convince me yet...

I still think it's outrageous that Best Book will be left out, but I thought that leaving Best Revival of a Play off the telecast was a big "F*CK You" to the producers of the plays (especially since this season was populated with not only a lot of revivals, but a lot of brilliant revivals).
