I have to say Nikki M. James winning over Benanti. Also, I really like Norbert but I def. think Rannells should've won.
John Napiers set design for "Starlight Express" not even receiving a nomination but his designs for "Les Misrables" actually winning!

LA CAGE winning best score over SUNDAY IN THE PARK. I was screaming at my television over that one.

It may not have been the biggest upset, but in my opinion Idina Menzel over Tonya Pinkins blew my mind!
I still find myself asking the question "really?"
I know it was considered an upset, but I was THRILLED when Christian Hoff won for Jersey Boys. Wasn't Jim Dale winning all of the awards left and right that season leading up to the Tonys?

Obviously I agree about Wicked's loss. Lets not forget Wicked is still running and yet Avenue Q is back off Broadway. It can stay there.
And I was torn between Sutton and Patina for it last year but thinking realistically, I know Sutton deserved it more.
Yes that's right. I thought it was going to be Manoel Felciano to pull off the upset that year. I correctly predicted an upset though. I didn't think the Tonys were going to award Jim's show.
Wasn't Spring Awakening's win for Best Book a bit of an upset? Everyone was predicting Grey Gardens to take that. Ditto Xanadu/Passing Strange.

I'm still bitter over Tonya's loss to Idina.

^Just look at the touring results of the two. Apparently that's how they're chosen. Which will forever make me sad.
I don't know, I would have given it to Jersey Boys myself.
^ Same here. I LOVE Jersey Boys.
Thirded. I don't care for TDC and I've seen Jersey Boys 4 times, between Broadway and tour.
