Was surprised not to find this already posted. The President and Mrs. Clinton, and gads of secret service, were in attendance mid-orchestra. They were both incredibly gracious and friendly taking pix and waving pre-show and at intermission. I suppose it added a few minutes to the evening, as they didn't come into the house until just before curtain.
I suppose what I was most surprised with was the palpable energy that surged though the entire theater upon their arrival. They were greeted with ooohs and aahs, applause and cheering. It was really a delight.

Posted: 12/22/14 at 12:52pmHillary and Chelsea were at YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU last Thursday. That was a bit of a thrill (though I would have been jumping up and down if I had a chance to see Bill!).
