The show started at 8:02 on Friday and I was walking towards the exit at 10:56. So around 2 hours and 55 minutes. Closer to three hours. But also, when I went the intermission was not 15 minutes, maybe 11 or 12 which makes a big difference with the bathroom lines that form at that theatre.

A red curtain comes down at the end of act one and after the show (sort of like GYPSY).
In the beginning there's a black curtain that's see through, sort of what happens in Mary Poppins during the prologue.
