Billy's question? [BE]

I'm confused. On the site they now have four Billy's listed. The new one is Tommy Batchelor. So, is there now four in rotation, or is one leaving? If so, does anyone know which one is leaving?

And then I heard that a kid from Little Mermaid is going to BE, so two orinigal Billy's are leaving? When are the contracts up?

Also, does anyone know which of the Ballet Girls are leaving? I heard a Young Fiona from Shrek left the show for Billy. When does the new cast start?

How many of the leads are going to renew their contracts?

Thanks!

re: Billy's question? [BE]

The kid from mermaid, Trevor Braun is going to be in Billy Elliot, as Michael, replacing Frank Dolce. He is not Billy.

re: Billy's question? [BE]

Ohh, that makes sense. Did Frank already get done? There is only one Michael listed on the site right now.

Do you know when the new cast will start?

re: Billy's question? [BE]

Keean (u/s) is rotating with David as Michael.
One ballet girl was left.
There are 4 Billys in rotation.

I am upset Frank is leaving. I haven't seen David, but Frank was fantastic as Michael.

re: Billy's question? [BE]

So, how is the new Billy? Is he as good as the other three?

re: Billy's question? [BE]

Frank left already...I think he left like June 27th.
Trevor will be starting in the middle of august

So, is there now four in rotation, or is one leaving? If so, does anyone know which one is leaving? Four Billy Rotation. Not sure when one of the four is leaving.

And then I heard that a kid from Little Mermaid is going to BE, so two orinigal Billy's are leaving? When are the contracts up? Trevor will be alternating with David Bolgna. Don't worry Keean will be in the show still. Frank left June 21st.

Also, does anyone know which of the Ballet Girls are leaving? I heard a Young Fiona from Shrek left the show for Billy. When does the new cast start? Corianne Stein as Margaret Gormley left July 4th, was replaced by Maddy Novak as Margaret Gormley. Maddy was not in Shrek.

How many of the leads are going to renew their contracts?Santino as Tony left on July 4th as well was replaced with Will Chase.

I was talking about Rachel, she was a Young Fiona. She left Shrek on Sunday for Billy. I'm not sure when she is starting. I am assuming she is just going to be a Ballet Girl.

re: Billy's question? [BE]

As there have been four Billys in the rotation since FEB, there is no indicator that any one of the Billys have been given their walking papers for hitting puberty. Yet.

But don't worry....the Billy Machine will crank out more boys just as good. It's what they do. They are probably already in training just waiting for another voice to crack.

Frank Dolce left because Sons Of Tucson, his television pilot at FOX, was picked up for the fall.
Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
Tony Kushner: You can sing it at my funeral.

I don't mean to be mean, but can the original poster please remove the apostrophe from the thread title? I don't want to be a grammar Nazi, but it confuses me every time I see this thread. Apostrophes are for possessives, not plurals.

To not completely threadjack, my money's on David Alvarez to age out first. He's phenomenally talented (he speaks THREE languages!), but they've already lowered his keys more than once, so I think he's closer to the puberty breaking point than Trent or Kiril.

Frank Dolce(Sons of Tuscan) trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wh9zJnt85yU

As of for Rachel, we will see what Ballet girl is leaving when the board changes.

For the rest we have to wait until Public Relations of the releases a statement of when a main character is going and someone is coming in. The cast is under contract about not saying anything.

I agree with you about Scott86, about David Alvarez leaving first, if he is he will be missed. Trent still looks 11/12 years old.

When will broadway.com put up the Ask A Star interview with the Billy's.

Of this you can be sure. They will also have in training boys waiting for the voices to crack of the boys waiting for the voices to crack.

^ and the truth of THAT is that some of them will never get a chance to perform since you can't control mother nature.

It's a machine, and they know how to work it.

If Rachel Resheff left Shrek (hooray for her not having a solo in BE), who was her replacement?

re: Billy's question? [BE]

yankees, thanks so much for that youtube link.
I got to meet Frank Dolce (and his dad) at the stage door in an early preview. and I also think this kid is terrific.
I don't watch too many sitcoms these days, but I will check out this one.

To Scott68 - I believe Kiril speaks 3 languages as well, as well as good bits of a 4th. David and Kiril are both wonderful concert pianists, but David has done some impressive composing. Both have astonishing futures ahead of them.

Actually, according to my sources, they have. I was left with the impression that instead of just firing them, they will let them finish out their contract.

We've been told that since FEB.
