Birdland Tickets/Seating Help

At Birdland, is there a huge difference between the Premium Seating Area and the Regular? I checked the seating chart but it says "not to scale" and I'm unsure how it is in person.

I was hoping someone who's been there could tell me if paying the extra price to be "closer" to the stage/performers is worth it.

Regular seating is off to the left side of the stage, whereas the front of the stage faces premium seating. Regular seating isn't awful, but if I could afford it I would spring for premium. It's a better view.
