Bklyn

Im thinking of getting tickets to go see Brooklyn. My favorite shows are Rent and Wicked. Is it worth the 90 dollars?

Noooooooooo. Not worth $90. At all. Ever.

TGIF and I went and rushed an hour and a half before curtain. We got 6th row center orchestra seats for $26. I'd try to do that. It's cheap, and the laugh you'll get from the show is pretty much worth it, I think.

re: Bklyn

Because it's absolutely HORRIBLE. And don't pay $60. There really hasn't been a day it's not on TKTS so you can get them for a lot cheaper than that if you don't want to do the $20 tix at the box office.

re: Bklyn

Why would anyone pay $90 if you get discount tickets. Almost everyone who goes to this show goes using discount tickets. Get a discount code. Playbill has a special offer for $60 and there are probably cheaper tickets out there. I would not pay $90 to see this concert. Yes, I know I said concert because that's really what it is.

If you are a TDF member, (or know one) it is on TDF from
Jan 5-8th. Tix are $33.25, which is $33 more than what they are worth, but still better than spending $60.

re: Bklyn

I feel like even though the reviews are bad, I want to go see it. From what I've heard, the music is good enough. I think I'll buy the recording. Personally, I'm having a great time with "Zanna, Don't!" right now.

re: Bklyn

Why not see a great show:
Gem Of The Ocean- Wonderful play, incredible acting.
If you want to see a great musical:
Ave Q
Hairspray
Wicked
Forbidden Broadway
So many great shows. Why see the Hefty bag?
It is trash.
Sorry Tiny and Ramona.
But it is garbage.
I got comps and I can't get the time i wasted back!

Much too kind.
