Saw the show again last night, so sorry it's closing, but my son was wondering what the name of the disco song that was playing while Adams, Calhoun, etc were introduced to is. Anyone know?

It is possible they alternate songs between performances; because when I saw it the song that played was Cher's "Song for the Lonely" as well.

That's correct. Both songs are used in the show in different places (it wouldn't make any sense for "Song for the Lonely" to play during the introduction of the Washington characters, anyway).
