Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson running time?

I know that it hasn't started on Broadway yet, but does anyone know what the running time was at the Public? I can't find the information anywhere. Is there an intermission? Thanks!

She did... I am curious to see how Kristine Nielsen will do. I can't imagine her being as hysterically funny.

Jason -- do you mean RE-cast the narrator? (not being snippy)

I don't think the role of the narrator is all that difficult a character -- I think we'll find that the humor of the role doesn't nearly as much as from the actor but the writing and direction.

And we don't know if she was passed over or (for some reason) the actress turned it down.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

I have heard from people close to her that she was, in fact, passed over. The original intent was to get a bigger name (which is why they cast another female in the ensemble, so the woman playing the Narrator no longer doubles). Now they have an avenue for stunt casting if they so choose (not unlike Rocky Horror did with the narrator).

Fixed the typo, I was tired. I don't know about what "we don't know" but I do know the producers wanted a name but all they wound up with was Kristine Nielsen. She's a good actress but it's no real upgrade. They should have stuck with the original cast. The show was perfect as is.
