It is telling me to check my presale code and try again. But I'm directly copying and pasting...

Same thing, I copied and pasted, it didn't recognize the code, now it is already telling me that tickets are not available right now-

Looks like someone dropped the ball on the presale codes. No one seems to be able to use their codes.
Same thing is happening for me - it won't take my code. Then I tried to use the link again and it won't even ask for the code.
Just when I thought this whole thing couldn't get more screwed up.
11:12 AM--still getting this:

I copied and pasted my code twice and am now shut out of the sale.
I am a little relieved to see it's not just me.

Okay, so it's not just me. I've been sitting here flipping out over this code not working.

It is a Ticketmaster issue and they are working on it.
I have to almost laugh at the irony here given what a disaster this whole project has been from the funding/audience side so far.
I sent a tweet to Actors Fund and Ticketmaster for what it's worth. (Which isn't much, I know) :)
I hate to be that guy, but can anyone send me the code or is it personalized?

Codes are personalized for each donor and can only be used once.

Finally worked, but I had to try like 7 times since each time I selected seats it gave them to somebody else. Ended up with mezz B 105-106.
Finally got in. Row L, 2 seats. Very excited! Also very expensive!

Well this was a mess and a half.
I was in the middle of picking seats on the map. Ticketmaster turns off that option and I'm back to square 1. Can't get through again and now all I'm getting is "unable to process" messages.
Brilliant.
RIGHT? I get that it's a benefit concert, but given the money they made on the Kickstarter campaign, you'd think they'd be able to slash the prices a little bit.

After the code disaster, feel fortunate to have gotten through and quickly on my first attempt to choose. Will be in the last row of the mezzanine because that was the only place I could see that were $100. Just glad I will be going.

Both glad and sad that others had problems as well with the pre-sale, codes and such.
After trying for about twenty minutes on 3 different devices and being told my code was invalid. Only to finally get Ticketmaster to accept it and get kicked out when I selected the seats I wanted to purchase.
Then a few more valid attempts to get the code accepted again, I received a notice saying the system won't let me select seats. At this point that fine I just want a seat. After a few "try again" messages it kicked me out again and now won't accept my code.
It's 1.5 hours into the pre-sale so I'm figuring it is a lost cause.

Given the mess of Smash (which I still have great affection for despite a multitude of flaws) it seems like this was all in the spirit of the show.
