Yeah, but JUST him, and I think prompted by Seth Rudetsky's leak.
They also never formally announced Samantha Ware's fill-in or that Nikki M. James will be back (and that she didn't just leave; she's filming a movie).

He let slip that Gavin Creel is starring in the tour of one of those shows, and through the process of elimination, everyone guessed it would be BoM.
Nothing is PUBLICLY known about the Chicago cast, but that should be known soon, I'm pretty sure.

Really? I would've guessed Elphaba in Wicked. =)
As I recall, at the time, most people here were guessing he was going to reprise the role of Bert in Mary Poppins.
Random, but was just looking through this Dreamgirls tour cast list from a few years ago and 4 cast members are now in the 1st National BoM tour as well as Chicago Nabulungi Syesha being Deena, and another ensemble member. A lot from one show!

Syesha was Deena. I also noticed that a lot of the cast was in Dreamgirls.

Speaking of the tour, The company is in great hands with Mark Evans and Christopher O'neill
Sorry, thought Deena and typed Lorrell. Glad to hear the new leads are good! Does anyone else think Chris O'Neil looks a little older than the other Cunninghams have, though?

Yeah, Chris O'Neill is totally fine age-wise in the show. I wondered about that too before I saw him, but no worries. :) He doesn't look any older than Josh Gad (who also seems to read a little older than pretty much every other Cunningham since, until O'Neill).

Another big star with the tour is Grey Henson, he gave such a wonderful, hilarious performance. I was hooked the whole time. I wouldn't be surprised if he transfered to the Broadway company once Rory's contract is up unless he renews.
