While a slightly data - but still very much relevant, The Commercial Theater Institute book is one that I'd highly recommend. I'd recommend any of the CTI programming - very affordable and informative with terrific networking opportunities. If you have any specific questions - feel free to PM me.

John Bregglio's is really incredible, highly recommend in addition to CTI's book. Avoid avoid avoid 'The Business of Broadway' by Mitch Weiss
