same here and i was wondering if he will go with the long sleeve or shirt sleeve outfit. nice to see him in a supportting role after he left hairspray as link.

I'll be at tomorrow's matinee. Can't wait to see him (and praying that perhaps I'll get to see Julie Reiber too!!)

since ashley parker angel thinks he is the lead and trys to act all cool.
i always knew link is a supportting role.
hope aaron is starting to get all the nerves out of him now and just have fun in his first night.

Can't wait to hear reviews on him! He'll make a great Fiyero.

I saw him at today's matinee.
He was wonderful. I wouldn't say he was "amazing" or that this is the best work of his career to date (that would be Next to Normal), because I don't think any actor could ever be amazing in this role. It's just not a very well written role. However, he was about as good as one could possibly be, and easily the best and most natural performer they've had in this role. None of it is a stretch for him. Unlike several other Fiyeros, you actually believe he's interested in these two women romantically. His singing is fantastic, and his acting is great. He exudes charm, and makes Fiyero instantly likeable, despite the seeming lack of brainpower. If there was an area he needs to work on, it's his dancing. He's still not quite sure of the steps yet, but I'm sure he'll settle into that just fine. He and Julie Reiber did a FIERCE As Long As You're Mine todayt. There was so much heat being generated by the two of them, that I wondered if the smoke alarms would go off.
Definitely worth catching in the role.
