So much for him saying he won't come back. This is a tough time to find a job and I think that's part of the reason why he decided to play the role again.

It's billed as a "special limited engagement" .. does that mean he's stepping in temporarily while they find a permanent replacement or a marketing ploy to sell tickets?

Even physically. I think it's fair to say that Ripley's best physical chemistry is with, surprisingly, Michael Berry. When I saw the two of them together, I could completely imagine a relationship between the two of them, something I never felt with J. Robert Spencer's ambiguity onstage.
I just see Jessica Phillips and Brian d'Arcy James having a great, younger "all American" look. And they'd be hot. And I can't wait to hear their voices blend.

^I completely disagree. Both times I saw her with Michael she was holding back physically, whearas she was completely in her body when she was with Bobby.

That was my only regret with the changes from 2st to Bway.
Any chance Alice leaves before he does? I've seen her in the role 4 times and I'd love to see another take on Diana as well.

I'm excited to see him in the role since so many people rave about his Dan. I never saw him at 2nd Stages. Welcome back from the bog a few blocks north.
