What shows do people think will close to open up houses? Gentlemans guide? Hedwig? Les mis? What about even kinky boots/Matilda?
If Charlie ever does make a transfer I would think the Matilda gang would want to pack up. I think they're fine with just having a tour and they should also focus on the tour more now, because it seams in despair. Anyways they've already recouped so they are perf.
Based on grosses, I'd say Matilda, Kinky and Hedwig will stick around for the time being. Not sure about Les Mis and Gentleman's Guide. We can probably assume that the Brooks-Atkinson and the Lyric will be opening up relatively soon.

I saw Charlie in London, and let me tell you, unless they make major changes, I don't see it being a success on broadway. I also don't see it doing well with Matilda still open. Charlie would just become "that other show you can go to if you and you're kids have already seen Matilda."
I think Gentleman's Guide will close in January leaving the Walter Kerr open for the revival of Falsettos.
