I'm going to assume with A View From The Bridge taking the Lyceum, Misery will take the Broadhurst and Sylvia will take the Cort, as others have assumed.
Tuck or Groundhog for the Simon? Unless those are committed to a Shubert house. Jujamcyn's got their hands tied for the next few years, I'd assume. Unless Gents Guide departs towards the end of the summer/end of the year.

Why is Groundhog premiering in the USA and not London? I didn't even know it was ready for a production already. I feel like Ever After will come in, and take the Simon
Groundhog Day's world premiere is June 2016 in London at the Old Vic.
Thank You :)
Oops! I saw it on PlaybillVault but did not check the dates. Seems as if it is beginning January 2017. Apologies for my mistake.
Tuck seems like an appropriately-sized show for the Simon.
Do you think Ever After will come in? Im seeing it tonight, i'll report back :)
I heard Sylvia is taking the Broadhurst
omg really? People said Gypsy was coming over to play the Broadhurst as well. w
Gypsy is on sale in London at the Savoy through November.
Well idk, but they can always get replacements
Tuck is taking a Shubert house spring 2016
Ever After is not coming to Broadway and Falsettos will take the Walter Kerr Spring 2016
Wait if Falsettos is taking the Walter Kerr, is A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder closing?
Yeah probably after the holidays. Falsettos is taking the Walter Kerr. Tuck Everlasting and Waitress are coming to Shubert houses spring 2016 apparently. Michael Riedel said Waitress is taking a small Shubert house so perhaps the Belasco?
Robbie, how do you know Ever After isn't coming to Broadway? Do you know anything about these shows that all have their sights on Broadway?

Telecharge just listed Sylvia at the Cort with a first preview on September 25 and opening night on October 15, 2015. Running time 90 minutes, no intermission.
Well then I guess I heard wrong, didn't I? :)

That is a long list. I believe Motown has an already set agreement to come back, but I can't remember which theatre. Either way, it's a Kevin McCollum production, so he probably does have something already. In fact, I think it was part of the deal that put together the Broadway to West End to Broadway again plan.
I am 90% sure American Psycho and Whorehouse (if they come at all) are going into Shubert houses as they were in a Shubert advertisement in the Wolf Hall playbill.
Hunchback is dead. It has been since before Paper Mill, but just not publicly.
A "small Shubert" can also mean the anything on the south side of 45th, like the Booth (thought Hand to God just went on sale to January).
It could take few years before a number of those shows get a house. There are even a few more that you didn't mention that are looking for a theatre within the next few seasons.

Has anything heard anything about an Amelie transfer? I'm gonna try to grab a ticket to see it in Berkeley, and I'm really curious about it.
