Is this what's going into the renovated theatre on 42nd Street?

Gary Goddard is most likely the overall director for this. He is leading the creative team with Bryan Singer as the executive producer

David Korins is the scenic designer. They just shot something with Christina Agulera singing DONT CRY FOR ME ARGENTINA
"You can put away the 3D glasses for now. Broadway.com has learned that Broadway 4D, the planned Times Square attraction that was set to feature filmed musical performances enhanced by in-theater special effects, is being scrapped because of financing troubles."

Why doesn't Disney buy the theater so they can turn all of 42nd. St. into a theme park called Broadwayland?
No loading/docking space due to everything else that sprung up on 42nd Street, and the seating is prohibitively small for anything to run long.
I still think the loading issue is a stupid one for a city that knows the kind of revenue that theatre brings in, its a 6 lane road for crying out loud, how much of an inconvenience is it really top close one lane for a block, its not like they will be loading in/out shows that often (unless this theatre turns out to be the Marquis's first cousin, lol)
I'm bummed this isn't happening, mainly because the thought of Christina Aguilera caterwauling through Don't Cry For Me Argentina sounds like too much campy fun. I hope clips of this still make their way on the Internet or something!
I will say that there may be other motivations for the project being scuttled. Look carefully at what other news items Goddard and Singer's names are popping up in...
Thank goodness THIS is coming back! I'd love to see how this turns out.

Times Square is already a Disneyland. The old Times Square is dead and buried. It officially died when part of it became a pedestrian plaza.
