So I had always heard about Broadway Box, but I didn't actually use it until today. I put the code in on Ticketmaster, and I got a balcony seat for Annie for $50 including all fees! Do they have deals like this for most shows they have listed? I know the bigger shows don't offer discounts, but I was surprised at how cheap it was! For any non-New Yorkers like myself (I'm assuming all the people in the city probably know all about it) looking to buy tickets, I would definitely check it out.

It depends on the production. The show itself determines the discount. It is in direct proportion to how well the show is selling. However, sometimes, when its very limited (a week offer, for example) might be because of a big star being on vacation.
After checking TDF, its my go to site before purchasing tix.

Bwayphreak234, just in case you didn't know. You can also print out the broadwaybox offer and take to box office and avoid the fees. I live outside of NYC also and have done this many times in the past. Of course, I would not choose a big seller for fear of not getting a ticket. But Annie is a show that I took the offer with me, but ended up getting rush tickets. I did the same thing for Cinderella and that was during Tony week. Used the broadwaybox offer at the box office and saved the fees.

Nytix.com is also very good. Broadwaybox.com has no discounts for Vanya, Sonia.., but I was able to get a discounted ticket on nytix.com. It did cost me $4, but well worth it.
