No, they aren't. Broadway went from the bonanza of a holiday week, the week after New Year (week ending 1/5/14), where tourists are in town and flock to all of the big musicals, to the gross of a normal week. That accounts for the six figure drops. But for last week, Lion King and Mormon were both at $1.7 million, with Wicked just slightly below that. All three shows tend to hover somewhere in that general vicinity, give or take $100,000 or $200,000 in either direction, if you look at their 2013 grosses for comparison.

Posted: 1/13/14 at 6:05pmThis happens EVERY year at this time of the year precisely the way Smaxie described it. The weather is always bad this time of the year, people at back at work, tourists have gone home, everyone's New Year's resolution is to spend less money, etc, etc, etc. No reason to be alarmed.

Mamma Mia!'s winter grosses have always been not great even when they were at the Winter Garden. The top three are still doing great been though holidays are now over.
No Man's Land/Godot is chugging along nicely, I imagine it'll recoup by the time it closes in March.
