I’m a little curious who you think is doing spring break now, I’ve never seen it this late. All schools I know are now gearing up for finals. From what I saw, the spring break rush was about two weeks ago"
College spring breaks tend to be earlier, but K-12 is usually around Easter. Every district in my area has it either the week before or the week after Easter. They aren't gearing up for finals because school goes til early June

You’re right, I totally forgot young kids still also technically have spring break. Makes sense why I’ve been seeing school groups at work then

And outside of their mailer, no discounts. They do go to the booth though. With a title and subject matter like that, tourists in the line are probably a great audience to get day-of."
Assuming TINA's breakeven is about $750K per week (give or take), they've made money the past 4 weeks and have earned about $4M in profit since reopening. I don't know if that can continue –– they're not much better than treading water right now. But as someone who thought its days were numbered when Adrienne Warren left, it's encouraging.
Funny Girl remains an audience driven event. That thing producers hope for: a show a lot of people want to see. It still hasn’t used the TKTS board (not on my phone app anyway). Of course that could change with reception. But heading into summer, it’s got the earmarks of a modest hit. One factor: it’s an old school brand for those who can’t get into Music Man or won’t pay the prices. At this point, it’s reasonably priced.
Couple of observations:
1. Mr Saturday Night's audience is very specific, and much of it is still in Florida where the show will do well someday.
2. Public schools around here run until June 27 so no one is gearing up for finals. Moreover, all NY schools, at any level, always take spring break over Easter/Passover. Otherwise, there would be additional days off on top of spring break.

I saw Mr Saturday Night this past weekend and was surprised at how many in the audience seemed to be under 50. I agree that there seems to be very little marketing for this. I've seen ads in Playbill and at my local train station but that's about it. I think I first learned about the show on this board.
