I didn't. I got it the first time. I don't think there was anything torturous in it at all. It's quite logical that she would return to the insulting nickname given to her at the point when she feels low and considers leaving. Then the insult is turned around and given a positive spin which propels her back in the game.
I agree that sometimes, a new title can give a fresh spin on a new musical, but it's not always the solution when the existing title is sufficient, nor is it a hallmark of creativity.
