1) No Telecharge, I do not want China Doll tickets. Please stop trying to sell me China Doll tickets when I click on shows that are not China Doll.
2) When you ask me what seats I want, please direct me to a screen that allows me to, you know, actually chose my seats.
Is anyone else getting through to the purchase page?

Nope, I have not been able to get through either. When I put in the date, time, and number of tickets it brings me to the "Choose Your Own Seats" page, where they give you a non-interactive seating chart. I've tried to go to "Let the Website Choose Seats For You" feature in an attempt to get around the issue, but the page never loads. I'll try again much later in the day when maybe traffic will be down and they rectify the issue with the seating chart.

Same thing here. Put it on my calendar, tried shortly after 10:30 and nothing. Hopefully someone is getting through and able to purchase tickets, but it is not working for me.

The website is a disaster as always. I got through to Color Purple after trying for awhile, but the discount isn't even that much. Not worth it to me.

I got through on View from the Bridge and it just gives me a 2-D seating chart, with no way to select tickets. ridiculous.

My Mom had the AARP pre-sale code for BroadwayWeek and on Tuesday, she was able to purchase 2 tickets to the Color Purple for a Sunday matinee. I think it ended up being $84 per ticket including fees. Seats are front mezzanine row D. Very excited!
The only issue we had was we weren't able to chose our own seats as usual. They had maybe 3 choices; two in the orchestra and one in the mezz that they showed us and that was it; and I have a feeling they're not almost sold out already for that date.
This does not appear to be a good week for theatrical IT departments.

Wow, I guess I was one of the luckier ones. At first I tried on my phone to purchase tickets for The Color Purple and kept being redirected to China Doll purchase page also, so then I tried on my computer at work through TeleCharge Offers. I was able to pick 2 Second Row Mezz tickets for the Sunday night I'll be there for Broadway Con. Pretty sweet deal and I am really excited I was in NYC for this.
The tickets went live a few minutes early and I went on to get some for Beautiful- and lo and behold, every date I tried had the message "none of the offer tickets available."
Have on-and-off for nearly an hour and still unable to get through. I keep getting the same 2D image of the theater.
For those who did get through, which browser did you use? Mozilla and Firefox don't seem to be working.

I tried both Safari (which sometimes has issues with Telecharge or Ticketmaster) and Chrome, and neither got any further along in the process than the other.

I'm really getting sick of these Broadway week flaws. I'm starting to think its not really worth it since the seats aren't always great, and it's only like $10 cheaper than a discount code. It's always very stressful.

Telecharge seems to be working fine for me now.
I was finally able to purchase tickets through the mobile site, and offer tickets suddenly appeared for Beautiful.
I was finally able to get through, too, but opted not to buy tickets because the offering and the price really weren't that great... I was looking for Fiddler orchestra seats, but I'd rather take the chance at getting lucky with rush in the orchestra for $37 than $80-$100.

I got through and got tickets for two different shows, so it seems like something has changed or else there are just less people trying.

We used the AARP code, no problems.
Btw, did rush for Color Purple yesterday, got box seats for $35, was able to move down to orchestra right before the start of the show. Tons of seats were available, just asked the usher.

I spent over hour trying to get tickets for Fiddler on telecharge. I would get to the page where it asked about number of tickets and dates and the page never loaded. So while I was trying to get that website to work I called telecharge. 45 minutes later I got my tickets after speaking to a grumpy worker.
Another complaint I have is they did not offer Saturday or Sunday shows for fiddler. I find that odd. Looks like I have to take off from work now!
the same thing happened last year! The website froze! Telecharge needs to get their act together!

Broadway Week is back this September and hoping you guys could help me out. Do you know if the promotion is only good online? Has anyone ever tried buying tickets at the box office on the Broadway Week deal? The fees are just killing it.
Thanks!!!
