Broadway Workshops

Was interested in taking my Drama Club kids to do a workshop in the city with some professionals. Anyone know any good programs or Broadway shows that have this type of thing?

Reach out to the long-running shows to see if they have any workshops: Wicked, The Lion King, Chicago, Phantom of the Opera, Mamma Mia, etc.

I think they run them through other programs. We've used Broadway Classroom for years and nearly always been happy. We schedule them in conjunction with the shows we are seeing and they TRY to get professionals from those shows, but it doesn't always work out.

We go through our travel agent to make the plans, so I cannot help beyond the name of the program.

I have friends that use Broadway dance center. But I guess that's for dancers only. Also they did some kind of program and took a master class with Christopher Sieber. I don't remember the name sadly. I can try and find out and report back though!

Broadway classroom is probably gonna be the best bet with the most individual options to fit your schedule...
