Oh please, Broadway is littered with performances of replacement actors considered better than the originating actor. 

"Oh, and it matters to me if they film it in New York. It's a personal preference. And cool it on the novels, nobody cares."

That's ridiculous. I doubt you'd even know the difference if they didn't disclose the filming location (cast notwithstanding). You're purposefully being argumentative.

It matters to me if it films in New York. You not believing me doesn't make it any less valid or true.
