I don't know if this counts (as of yet) but John Pinette (the upcoming Edna in Hairspray and the replacement on tour) graduated from my high school in MA.

"From that same production our Tiger Lily was Eponine in the national tour for a while..."
What was her name?
And to add to this topic, I can't think of anyone from my school who made it to Broadway, but I did see a production of WSS at my old college where Jennifer Ikeda played Maria. And I saw a local production of Annie where one of the orphans went on to be in the Fiddler revival.

Sara Gettlefinger.
I met her three years ago during my winter break. I saw her perform a cabaret show of her favorite songs (showtunes & not) and it was very good. Right after 'The Boys From Syracuse' closed and I believe she was already cast in 'Nine' when she was home for the holidays before starting rehearsals. She was very sweet to me (I had friends who knew her right when she starting getting Broadway work) and I can't wait to see her in 'Dirty Rotten Scoundrels."

Carol Channing. Heck, our auditorium was named after her. Oh! And, she mentioned our school in the PBS Broadway DVD (she called Asians "very smart Orientals" though...hmmm).
(Unfortunately, our school newspaper got this very very terrible mugshot of her when she visited...and everyone in journalism could not stop laughing for many months.)
Oh and...Benjamin Bratt...not a BWay actor tho.

Jeff Goldblum.
"Goodness is rewarded. Hope is guaranteed. Laughter builds strong bones. Right will intercede. Things you've said I often find I need, indeed. I see the world through your eyes. What's black and white is colorized. The knowledge you most dearly prized I'm eager to employ. You said that life has infinite joys."

Mario Cantone graduated from my high school. He's been in musicals and plays such as Assassins(Is the soundtrack good?) and Laugh Whore. Those are the only musicals I can think of though and Mario's the only Broadway star I can think of that went to my high school.

Kristin Chenoweth could barely control a Great Dane she trotted onto the stage. "Great, they gave me a dog that weighs five times what I do", she quipped. For the record, she weighs 93 pounds, and has a Maltese.
