In my opinion, no, but there are others who would disagree.
If it is to win ANYTHING, it would be for Costumes, which I think is highly unlikely.
Thinking of it even POSSIBLY being TALKED about for a nomination of Best Book makes me sick to my stomach.

This has been discussed to death in two other posts already this week.

First of all, no one bashed BKLYN (yet). But second and more importantly, we can bash it if we just to. Equal rights - the right to hate a show and the right to love a show.

I have not seen the show, nor listened to the CD, so I have no comments directly about the show.

Brooklyn is eligble to be nominated the Tony's. I highly, HIGHLY doubt it will get any.

I saw the show and enjoyed it. I thought the cast was great. I think if it will get nominated for anything it would be best costumes and best supporting actress, ramona keller, she was great! eden might got a nom too. Thats my opinion :)

Chances are you have no idea what backgrounds people have in theatre and just because their opinion does not mesh with yours does not mean it's not an educated one.

I'd say 5-year-olds in high school are pretty precocious, fengshui. Maybe you should listen to what they have to say. 
And no one harrassed or bashed or insulted until a certain someone got overly defensive. I'll be the first to say that people on this board are over-eager to be nasty regarding certain shows, but that wasn't really the case in this instance. In the beginning, at least.

Now that there is an open spot in the Best Actress category, I can see Eden getting a nomination, but she won't win. The show will win no awards.
