CAMP - a couple of questions

I got the CAMP dvd for Christmas and just watched it. It was corny, but wonderful!

I thought I saw Tracee Breazer, but I was not sure...I did not know she was in this movie. I know her from Hairspray. The credits came up and that was her. Is this what started her career?

Robin De Jesus is such a cutie! Does anyone know about how old he is?

Dequina Moore was amazing as always. I did know she was in the movie.

Vince Ramoldi is HOTT! What else has he done?

How many of these talented people have been in a professional show?

re: CAMP - a couple of questions

DeJesus is VERY cute. "30 feet rule!" what does that mean? "Michael has to stay 30 feet away before we know if he's straight or gay!"

I loved it. Very corny but very funny. Loved the drag birthday party.

You can find lots of information on IMDB.com about the movie. Type CAMP into the search

re: CAMP - a couple of questions

I've said this before....but...

This movie is honestly a complete abortion of a film. It's absolutely terrible, and that's really sad because there is some potential. The leading cast members should never ever act again. Ever. The supporting cast were the only talented ones.

re: CAMP - a couple of questions

Daniel Litterle is like frickin 27 years old.. damn he is hot..

The script is basically crap with a few good moments but other than that, only the musical numbers contain value.

I love the movie to watch anna kendrick... we went to high school together and frickin cracks me up as she well...plays herself in the movie. :) kidding of course. Anna is amazing.... love her.

re: CAMP - a couple of questions

I just saw Tracee in Good Vibrations & it was exciting, because I've seen Camp many times, but I didn't know she was on Broadway at all! It was fun.

I wonder what the rest of that cast is up to now.

re: CAMP - a couple of questions

Yea- we went to high school together. Oh, how fun. We did 42nd st, little night music and some other stuff together. she's very talented. The last time I talked to her she was in L.A. She did my radio show last year- that was the last time we spent a period of time chatting.

re: CAMP - a couple of questions

I love the movie, but it's got some problems. It teeters on inside musical theatre jokes and actually trying to have a plot. It tries to focus on too many characters. They should be picking just a few and working on them. But I'll always love it for that white girl singing Effie, but I will never understand why they have the two kick-ass black girls in Turkey Lurkey, AND the chubby girl that sings "Who I Am" and they don't cast them. Ah, suspension of disbelief, I guess.
