I should have said relatively successful. I forgot about Do No Harm! LOL Still, regular roles on two well regarded tv shows is nothing to sneeze at.
He also had a major role in Netflix recent Bloodline which is a hit and will be back next year.

Definitely not a major role, since I just finished watching the series. He even said himself on Twitter it was a "minor role".

Whatever. My point stands--he's a good actor, and the range of his screen work shows that (the original person asked if he was only good when singing--so I brought up non singing work.) What's your problem? :P

Pasquale has a college-age child and has said that he took RESCUE ME because the TV schedule allowed him to be more present in his daughter's life when she was growing up than an eight-show-a-week schedule (not to mention the money).

Yes, I agree with everything you said about him and his talent.

If anyone thinks that the show apologizes for domestic abuse (rather than depicting it and showing an often-realistic scenario of a person who doesn't really try to get out of it, something that still happens all too often today), I would point them to the scene where ...
SPOILER
Carrie tells Julie that she is better off now that Billy is dead, and asks "Am I right?", and Julie says "yes". Having the spouse agree that she is better off now that her husband is dead certainly doesn't imply that domestic abuse is okay - quite the opposite, in fact.
