Still my least favorite New Kids on the block when I was 9, Joey McIntyre, has grown up nice (and it's always nice to see Laurie Metcalf, even when selling horrible lines.)

Well I don't know what it's based on, but me and my stepmother frequently bond over The Good Wife, and she also has a similar love for The Closer, and Kyra Sedgewick. So I ended up finding some relateable moments.

I wanted to like it, being a Brian Gallivan fan from waaay back, but I'm pretty sure I didn't laugh once at the pilot.

It's Sassy Gay Friend, not Boyfriend, and it's not based on that character. It's just by the same creator, Brian Gallivan, who also wrote for Happy Endings.

It's also not CBC but CBS and shouldn't be in the Broadway forum. Yes, this thread was an utter flop of mine and should just be re-titled "Why EricMontreal22 should not come on BWW and post after his work Halloween party."

Metcalf may be back on Broadway sooner than expected

We watched this based on her. Midway thru the pilot we changed channels. One word describes this - LAME

This will probably be gone by the end of the year.
