Does Mya's camp know she's not going to be in the show anymore? They keep sending bulletins about her joining the cast lol

Saw it last night. Bridgewater was decent, but very little real spark. I'm not sure how many times she's done the part, but she just didn't own it.

Bianca Marroquin was wonderful, and nailed it with every scene. McCarthy was in good voice, but also quite boring. His performance didn't pick up until act II. Kecia Lewis-Evans stole every moment she had, and D. Micciche was a brilliant Mary Sunshine.

I noticed that, while the musical numbers were fine, the book scenes had absolutely no sense of pace. Other than a few people (Marroquin included) the cast REALLY took their time... Updated On: 5/14/08 at 10:34 AM

Im so happy for Nancy....I remember reading an interview where she said she's always wanted to play Velma on Broadway. I saw her twice in Movin' Out and she was phenomenal!

The person asked if she was still going to do the show because the article did say it was POSTPONED.

"what was so bad about Brenda? I've never seen her, but she looks like she'd be great...just seems like she has the right attitude."

BrianIdol, since you've never seen her, let me just say that she has been with the show an awfully long time. I saw her almost 4 years ago - November 2004 - in the tour. I think the problem is that she is looking bored in her performances now. Not that she is a bad performer, but she needs to move on. And she did, hopefully she finds some new work.
