Who lisences Cabaret? And is it the Original Broadway, Revial version, or both that are liscened?

It's the Original Broadway version, but also the 1987 revival version. The 1998 revival version is, sadly, not licensed.

I believe it combines the movie song "Money Makes The World Go Around" with the original money song "Sitting Pretty".

Yes, Not Barker, it does.

There's actually a recording of it on the complete recording on Jay Records. That version is performed by Jonathan Pryce.

It's true that the 98 revival isn't licensed, but since the script has been made readily available I've seen two regional productions here in San Diego that have staged the revival version. I'm sure there have been others as well.
