Can't get to Telecharge!

Anyone else not able to get onto Telecharge or Broadwayoffers?

I tried getting in with different browsers, even tried their old website, http://www2.telecharge.com, none are working.

Ordered tickets to a bunch of shows from them 3 days ago, and the confirmation emails said that tickets would be sent by email within 1 day, but none have been sent yet. Yesterday, they sent 2 emails asking me to confirm 2 of the 8 orders (which has never happened before) by replying to the emails, but when i did that, i got failure delivery notices saying that the email addresses were not known. I leave for NY within a couple of days and am wondering what will happen with those tickets now.

working for me today, they posted a message on FB:

Over the past 14 hours, you may have had problems getting to Telecharge.com. XO.com, the company which we use for DNS (Domain Name Servers) services, went offline completely yesterday afternoon and remains offline. DNS resolution is the way that the Internet knows if someone types a URL, www.telecharge.com, they need to be directed to IP address 207.246.208.201 which is one of the servers in our data center which has the Telecharge website on it. The company has made no public comment on the outage's nature or duration.

XO.com's failure temporarily prevented customers from getting to Telecharge.com (or any of our other websites). XO.com is a tier 1 provider, with many major companies as customers, so this is a nationwide problem affecting many websites. Within twenty minutes, we moved DNS resolution to our own internal backup systems, but it takes time for this to propagate throughout the Internet. Sales are happening on the site, so we know the propagation is working. Access to the site at this time is inconsistent, for example someone in Brooklyn may have access while someone in Staten Island does not. The situation will continue to improve throughout the day as more of the many tens of thousands of servers that provide DNS resolution are updated.

Update: Since this morning we've seen significant improvement in the number of people who are able to get to Telecharge.com and BroadwayOffers.com. This improvement will continue throughout the day, as the DNS routing propagates throughout the Internet. If you are still unable to get to the site, please call 212-239-6200 and one of our phone agents will assist you.
