Ok i saw her as MIMI in rent and i thought she was amazing, shes os buetiful and so hott lol (and im gay what am i saying), and well i thought she was really amazing. What i am looking for is like clips of her singing anything from anything, meaning rent or any other shows she has done, Is there a wwebsite that i could go to and check that out or something. If you have anything please pm me , cause (well i dont want to talk about bootlegs on this site), but i think you guys know what i mean. Ok well thanks a lot. And they havint updated the site in a really long time lol, why is that?

I would love to hear her as Mimi. I have the Evita CD where she plays Eva and she's great. Does she sing any solo parts at all in the Brooklyn CD? I haven't bought it yet...waiting to buy it used on Haight street!! ha ha ha

she totally has my dream job. i mean, she's in the ensemble, but she gets to play both maureen and mimi!!! does anybody know what krystal is up to now that karmine is playing mimi?

I thought Caryn was great as Maureen. She was very funny in Over the Moon, and has an amazing singing voice.

CD of Evita? What recording is that?

Caren played Eva Peron in the European Tour of Evita. It's sold at footlight.com here: http://www.footlight.com/product.cfm?product_id=26651. She also has her own cd out, 8 @ the shop. I believe you can only purchase it from her in person though. She's got a very funky, cool sound. Caren does not sing any solo parts on the Brooklyn OBC, she only does backing vocals. I think you can get her CD at cdbaby.com now, but I'm not sure.

Highly recommend the Evita recording she's on. Not that I love her Evita or anything... *hides icon*

I heard they broke up.

And does anyone know if the following people are still in the cast:
Drew, Kendra and Frenchie?

Also, is Caren Lyn still going on as either Maureen or Mimi, or did I miss it?

EIDT: Sorry this was pretty unrelated, I just didn't want to start a new thread about it.

i think Kelly is back now as maureen.
Kendra left 2 months ago? Thats why Caren went back to RENT to take her spot. Drew is still there not sure about Frenchie.

Kendra left to play Glinda in the Wicked tour, and Caren took her place as Mark's Mom. Drew and Frenchie are still in the cast.

I'm not sure why she left Brooklyn. About a month ago I asked her if she was still w/ Brooklyn (this was when she first took over for Kendra) and she said she was back with RENT. She didn't way why, but she seemed pretty happy to be back. She's not meant to be an off-stage singer lol

Yes frenchie is still with the cast, i saw her as joanne and she was amazing, and saw caren as mimi and was still amazing lol, (maybe i should change this thread name to WE LOVE CAREN LYN MANUEL LOL)
