Didn't Marla Schaffel play Evita? She's a soprano (or at least she was asked to be in PotO so I'm guessing she is).
Barnaby151: IMO, Karen Olivo's belt is strained. Her vibrato is choppy when she sings those notes, which indicates to me a lack of support. I'm not sure she's really meant to be a belter.

Karen is too dark and voluptuous -- she's the quintessential Latina! Though Eva was dark-eyed (as someone pointed out), she was renowned for her alabaster skin. That's why blond hair didn't look ridiculous on her. In fact, a lot of Argentines tend to be fair and have caucasian features (i.e. Josefina Scaglione).
Vita, dulcedo, et spes nostra
Salve, Salve Regina
Ad te clamamus exsules filii Eva
Ad te suspiramus, gementes et flentes
O clemens O pia

I don't know about Stillwell in particular but I do know that I have heard singers who were trained classically as sopranos and while they could belt it was a much softer tone compared to one who was trained in just belting.
I do know that Haviland did/still does post on here. If she did I would ask her about this myself via a PM and provided that I knew her username.
